How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

An order placed from within the country is normally shipped within 7-10 business days. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19, the shipping of your orders could be delayed by a week or so. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 4-7 working days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.


What is the price for the shipping?

For prepaid orders above Rs. 500, there are no shipping charges. However, for products bought with the Cash on Delivery option, a charge of Rs. 149 shall be levied on the products if the product value is below Rs. 1000.

Note: For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your Cover It Up wallet. This can be redeemed the next time you place an order with us.

 

Terms of the return Policy.

Please do not self-ship any product back to our facility unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.

 

Apparels :

In the case of manufacturing defects:
If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, receiving the wrong item, manufacturing defects, firstly, we apologize. However, there is an easy fix. You can send an email to [email protected] within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed, we will initiate a reverse pickup. The product will be picked up from you in 2-3 business days and will reach our facility in 7 business days. Once we receive it back in our facility, the product will go through a quality check, after which, we will dispatch the changed product to you.
Please be informed that the new item will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost but it depends on the availability of the item in the stock.

Custom Product:

In the case of the manufacturing defect / incorrect product delivered:
If you have placed an order for a custom product and we have delivered an incorrect product/defective product, you can send an email to [email protected] within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
While sending us an email, please attach the necessary pictures and videos that may describe your issue better. This will help speed the process up. Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the same, they will help you with a free replacement or a full refund on the amount paid by you, in your Coveritup Wallet.

In case of any other issues:
Unfortunately, this product is designed specifically as per your requirement, hence no return/replacement will be accepted for any other issue at your end.

What products are eligible for return or replacement?

When raising an issue, please attach an image of the shipping invoice to your issue to speed up the process.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the replacement/return of masks.
Note: During a time of crisis such as COVID-19, we understand the customer's method of trashing the label as a safety precaution, but we still require the shipping invoice to resolve any problems that may arise, as, unfortunately, that part of the process that cannot be changed.

What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the replacement/return of masks.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

A used product is like kryptonite to us. We won't be able to take that back.
